- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cilantro, lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated and the beef is nicely seasoned.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of the seasoned beef. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Carefully place the filled tacos in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
