  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup your favorite sauce (e.g., sriracha mayo, tartar sauce, or even a spicy aioli)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400F (200C).
  2. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the cod fillets with the mixture.
  4. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and lime juice for the slaw.
  7. Warm the tortillas.
  8. Flake the cooked cod with a fork.
  9. Assemble the wraps: Place flaked cod, slaw, and sauce inside each tortilla.
  10. Fold and roll. Serve immediately!
