Quick and easy air fryer cod wraps filled with flaky cod, slaw, and your favorite sauce. A perfect weeknight meal!

- 1 pound cod fillets, cut into 4 equal portions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup your favorite sauce (e.g., sriracha mayo, tartar sauce, or even a spicy aioli)
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 400F (200C).
- Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the cod fillets with the mixture.
- Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and lime juice for the slaw.
- Warm the tortillas.
- Flake the cooked cod with a fork.
- Assemble the wraps: Place flaked cod, slaw, and sauce inside each tortilla.
- Fold and roll. Serve immediately!
