Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Optional toppings: Sour cream, avocado slices, hot sauce
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Salmon: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- 2. Assemble the Wraps: Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and red onion slices.
- 3. Place Salmon on Tortilla: Place a salmon fillet on each tortilla, centering it for easy rolling.
- 4. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, similar to a burrito.
- 5. Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- 6. Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 7. Serve: Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute or two before slicing in half. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, avocado slices, or a dash of hot sauce.
