- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small corn or flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, lime wedges, cilantro (optional toppings)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, taco seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill each tortilla with the cooked shrimp and your favorite toppings.
