Air Fryer Tuna Wraps: The Easiest 15-Minute Recipe!

  • Total Time: 13 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Crispy air fryer tuna wraps are a quick, easy, and delicious meal made with simple ingredients. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (about 10 inches)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the tuna mixture over half of the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges. You can sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tuna filling if desired.
  3. Fold and Secure: Fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently to seal the edges. If you want extra security, you can insert toothpicks along the curved edge to prevent the filling from spilling out.
  4. Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat the wraps with cooking spray on both sides. Carefully place the tuna wraps in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. You may need to cook them in batches.
  5. Cook: Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wraps are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them to prevent them from burning.
  6. Cool and Serve: Once the air fryer tuna wraps are done, carefully remove them from the air fryer basket. Let them cool for a minute or two before removing any toothpicks (if used) and slicing them in half.
