Warm, flaky tuna and perfectly seasoned in a soft flour tortilla and baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained well
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (light or regular)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas (10–12 inch)
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or your cheese of choice)
- Optional: Sliced tomato, lettuce, or spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out tortillas. Spoon tuna mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Add tomato, lettuce or spinach, sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly.
- Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool before serving.
