Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained well
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (light or regular)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas (1012 inch)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or your cheese of choice)
  • Optional: Sliced tomato, lettuce, or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Lay out tortillas. Spoon tuna mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Add tomato, lettuce or spinach, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Fold in sides and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool before serving.
