Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.nIn a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cheese and parsley.nLay out a tortilla. Spoon about ¼ of the tuna mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.nFold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly and place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.nBrush the tops of the wraps with melted butter or olive oil.nBake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.nLet cool slightly before serving.
