- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine all the tuna filling ingredients: drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Lay out one tortilla on a flat surface. Spread one quarter of the tuna mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Sprinkle one quarter of the shredded cheddar cheese over the tuna mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up, starting from the bottom.
- Repeat steps 3 through 5 with the remaining tortillas, tuna mixture, and cheese.
- Place the tuna wraps seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter.
- Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
