These baked tuna wraps are a quick, easy, and delicious meal! Flaky tuna, creamy mayo, and crisp veggies wrapped in a warm, golden tortilla.

- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas (about 10 inches each)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: Sliced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay each tortilla flat. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle each tortilla with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll up tightly, burrito style. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the rolled wraps seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
