  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

These baked tuna wraps are a quick, easy, and delicious meal! Flaky tuna, creamy mayo, and crisp veggies wrapped in a warm, golden tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained well
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (about 10 inches each)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: Sliced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle each tortilla with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll up tightly, burrito style. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place the rolled wraps seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
