  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, mixed fruit, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into the baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
