Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated carrots, mixed berries, chopped apples, orange juice, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
