- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (ensure gluten free)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (ensure gluten free)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine oat flour, almond flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
- Pour in melted butter; mix until moistened.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over baked base.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake 20 minutes until filling is set.
- Cool completely, then cut into bars.
