Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing until just combined.
