  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (use certified gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed fruit, sugar (or maple syrup), lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and gluten-free cornstarch. Toss gently.
  3. Pour fruit filling into the baking dish.
