- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.nIn a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.nBrush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.nPlace the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down if using skin-on salmon.nGrill for 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily.nCook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.nIn a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.nPour in the white wine and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.nStir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.nBring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.nFlake the grilled salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the skillet.nAdd the cooked pasta and toss to coat.nIf the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water.nStir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
