- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch size)
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cilantro, hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine steak, peppers, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until beef is cooked through.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill tortillas with beef and vegetables.
- Add toppings and roll up.
- Serve immediately!
