Description
Quick and easy skillet salmon wraps loaded with flavor. Tender salmon, fresh toppings, and warm tortillas make this a perfect weeknight meal.

- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 medium tortillas (flour or corn, your preference)
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- 1. Pat the salmon fillet dry and rub with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- 3. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down if using skin on. Cook for 5 7 minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden.
- 4. Flip the salmon carefully and cook for another 3 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- 5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- 6. Spread a layer of sour cream or Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
- 7. Top with flaked salmon, cilantro, avocado slices, and red onion.
- 8. Squeeze a little lime juice over each wrap.
- 9. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll up tightly.
- 10. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
