Ingredients

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, packed in water, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortillas, as needed
  • Lettuce leaves, as needed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper in slow cooker. Mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.
  3. Stir tuna mixture well.
  4. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  5. To assemble, lay a tortilla flat and add lettuce (if using).
  6. Spoon tuna mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  7. Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
