- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, packed in water, drained
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Tortillas, as needed
- Lettuce leaves, as needed (optional)
Instructions
- Combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper in slow cooker. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.
- Stir tuna mixture well.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- To assemble, lay a tortilla flat and add lettuce (if using).
- Spoon tuna mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
