Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir to coat.
- Pour fruit filling into a small, oven safe bowl.
- Sprinkle crisp topping evenly over fruit filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and fruit filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
