- For the Glaze (optional):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 23 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add lemon zest and salt.
- Gradually add flour, mix until combined.
- Press dough into a 9×13 inch pan, prick with a fork.
- Bake for 3040 minutes until golden.
- Whisk glaze ingredients (optional).
- Cool slightly, cut into squares, drizzle with glaze.
- Cool completely before serving.
