- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir in vanilla extract, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix until just combined.
- Fold in lemon zest and white chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
- Garnish with edible flowers (if using).
