  • 1 cup mixed stir fry vegetables
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooked rice or noodles (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
